another in 24 days (in Florida!) Oh, and three

foreclosures.
Joe Chilberg has been a Realtor®
for 16 years and a real estate investor for over 20 years. His
financial background includes an MBA from UCLA in Finance and a
career in lending with Wells Fargo Bank. Joe was a Realtor®
with ERA for ten years, during which time he was among their top
500 agents worldwide out of 28,000.
Susan left Tennessee and her successful career in Real Estate
and Finance to start a new life on the Gulf Coast. With a love
of the area, the water and the personality of a true Southerner,
she put out the welcome mat and never looked back. The open
hearted, gracious people who embrace new friends and neighbors
with kindness and generosity quickly won her over.
